Description
The STAGIO product group is specifically designed for seasoning and mixing with minced meats for the production of cured meats. The blends contain functional products that, when combined and balanced, can:
They protect the finished product from unwanted microbial growth during the curing process.
They develop the desired taste and aroma.
They increase and improve the cohesion of the ground meat and the compactness of the slice, also preventing the finished product from becoming too hard or dry.
